Photographer Gareth Morgans created the imagery for 150th Heinz anniversary campaign, celebrating “150 years of clean plates” showcasing one of the brands best known iconic products, Tomato Ketchup. These stand out advertisements show how a humble dollop of ketchup splodged on a plate, have been the transformative hero of dinners for decades.
Gareth Morgans delivers nostalgic and evocatively joyful imagery centred on the notion that a clean plate is a sign of a fulfilling meal and the timeless ingredient of tomato sauce has worldwide recognition.
The work includes a print and OOH campaign that showcases more than 30 executions of single empty plates from different eras, from meals spanning different time periods – including a metal dish from the 1800s and modern undecorated plates of today.
